In today's world I am encountering in business environment mostly cold facts, business reasoning, efficiency requirements, effectiveness requirements and people seem to be treated more like numbers than humans at certain level. Why doesn't it feel right? Why do I feel somewhere along the line we have lost something precious?
To me this whole KAPUA represents another world, where we are still human and back to basics, and remember why (at least in my mind) we exist as human persons. It is really countless times with any occurrences related to this project, being it a nice word from a KAPUA team member, self-initiated contact from sponsor, or a positive answer to a kind request for support, that I have had tears in my eyes. I think that on top of Malawi mothers, we all involved gain so much out of this, as this proves that humanity exists and kindness and caring have not disappeared from the world. To me this makes all the difference. Thank you all!
Very well said - agree with you 100%.
VastaaPoistaOn top of all this, we are making 16 new friends in this group, which (in this age) is quite rare, actually. I appreciate the opportunity quite a lot!
