If I grow up

I was just watching a clip from Kenia on tv; there was a cutest little boy saying to the camera that "If I grow up, I want to be pilot". I think it is a responsibility or even privilege of all of us to find our own ways to help all people at least to be able to start their sentence by "When I grow up". Hopefully we are innovative in our ways!
